Role: Project Manager - Power

Duration: June to June (1 year FTC)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Salary: £100,000-£120,000 per annum

Ranchitos del Norte is currently seeking a Project Manager with expertise in power for upcoming Data Centre Projects in Berlin and Frankfurt, Germany. The ideal candidate must be fluent in German. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the projects, specifically in power. This includes managing power connection agreements, energy agreements, power infrastructure, and overall power coordination across multiple buildings or campuses. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of necessary agreements in coordination with utilities for both new and existing data centre projects. As a key member of the Design & Engineering team, you will act as a subject matter expert (SME) in power and energy matters, facilitating all activities related to utility relationships, regulations, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently collaborate with utility providers to acquire necessary agreements, ensure compliance with specifications, and maintain ongoing communication.

Supervise the deployment of utility infrastructure for power delivery to project sites, ensuring adherence to technical requirements and timely delivery.
