Your responsibilities:

Close support of complex restructuring or liquidation engagements with the goal of minimizing potential economic damages
Direct contact with the client or third parties to clarify the situation
Independent processing and management of restructuring cases (customer visits, participation in bank meetings, preparation of financial data, analysis and evaluation of restructuring concepts, development of solution concepts, decisionmaking or voting on customer requests regarding rate reduction, extension of maturity or partial waiver)
Determination of potential need for value adjustments

Your profile:

Training as a bank clerk with experience in credit processing or completed studies in business administration, economics or law
Experience in the restructuring of asset financing as well as syndicated loans/schuldscheindarlehen
Good judgment considering the measures to be taken and the risk involved
Good knowledge of restructuring law (ESUG and SanInsfog)
Excellent negotiation skills with restructuring consultants or other banks and leasing companies
Assertiveness even in cases with weak collateral
