_Responsibilities:
_

Location scouting (identification and evaluation) of suitable project sites, primarily in Germany
Creation, coordination, and evaluation of technical location analyses for sites, primarily in Germany
Creation of site plans, concepts, and planning variations for potential wind farms using GIS, CAD, and windPRO (layout, yield calculations, noise, shadow, turbulence, visibility analyses, etc.)
Technical assessment of wind farm projects, examination of construction and planning law compliance
Development of projects until construction readiness
Preparation of applications according to the Federal Immission Control Act (Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetz) and accompanying approval procedures
Point of contact for planning and approval authorities, specialist planners, acquisition managers, and external experts
Internal project coordination
Planning support and advice for cooperation partners

_Requirements:
_

Completed degree (geography, urban/regional/spatial planning, environmental sciences, architecture, civil/engineering economics, or similar)
Experience with CAD and GIS software
Structured work under own responsibility
Analytical and strategic thinking
Willingness to acquire missing competencies and explore new topics
23 years of practical experience in wind or solar energy planning, spatial/environmental planning, or planning and environmental law
Communication skills and a confident demeanor, quick comprehension and independence
Existing building permit authorization and experience in project profitability assessment are advantageous
Driver's license class B
