Your training at LVM as aThe training lasts 3 years and takes place in one of our insurance agencies. From the first day on, you will have contact with customers. You will be integrated into the agency team and will be an important part of the whole from the beginning.
Your area of responsibility- You advise and support customers according to their needs and situations
- You analyze the individual needs of the customer
- You make offers and conclude contracts
- You make changes to contracts and carry out measures for maintaining and retaining contracts
- You check claims and benefits and inform about the scope of services
- You work in a team, process and project-oriented manner
- A good school leaving certificate, high school diploma or intermediate school leaving certificate (preferably with completed vocational training)
- You are communicative and enjoy working with people
- You are friendly, committed and reliable
- You are interested in numbers and finances
