Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the financial and asset accounting of Isarwatt: accounts payable and receivable, including booking of monthly documents, VAT returns, and management of our loans
  • You ensure the correct and timely booking of creditor and debtor documents, travel expenses and credit card statements, as well as internal bookings
  • You handle the payment transactions in DATEV Unternehmen-Online and keep an eye on the dunning process
  • You regularly create business evaluations that flow into the company's planning and regular reporting for our committees
  • You work together with management and tax consultants on the continuous optimization and further development of existing financial processes and systems
  • You are the first point of contact for our tax office and our team when it comes to accounting
  • You support and work closely with the tax office in preparing our annual financial statements according to HGB
  • You coordinate and initiate the annual heat billing process

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed training as a certified accountant or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting, or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience in a similar position (preferably in a startup or energy company)
  • You have experience with DATEV or
