Your responsibilities:


  • Planning, configuring, and supporting network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, VoIP)
  • Customer consultation and support, as well as troubleshooting and installation of networks and system technology
  • Reporting and documentation
  • Oncall duty and onsite assignments

Your qualifications:


  • You have a relevant completed education or training in the IT field or extensive professional experience with network structures
  • Network administration (e.g. Cisco) is familiar to you
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP) are advantageous, but not mandatory
  • B2 level German skills and good English skills
