Your tasks

In coordination with the management, you will take on the role of project manager for heating/plumbing
You will independently handle small and mediumsized projects
You will be responsible for preparing and processing offers and orders with architects, sales, and customers
You will be responsible for project planning, leading installation teams and subcontractors
You are familiar with budget planning and cost control for projects
You strive to constantly optimize your processes, structures, and calculations

Your profile

You have completed a vocational training or have professional experience
You have a successful degree as an engineer (bachelor's, master's), technician, or master craftsman
Your competent demeanor convinces our customers
You are proficient in German communication and planning/organization
You are motivated and confident in leading employees
You have an entrepreneurial approach and are willing to take on responsibility
