For our medium-sized company group, we are looking for you as a
Customer Service Representative in the plumbing department in full-time.


What to expect:


  • You process orders for complaints and showroom installations for leading manufacturers of plumbing products
  • You accompany an order from start to finish, i.e. from order acceptance and processing, to order monitoring and control, to order billing
  • You act as the interface between end customers, our service technicians, the trade, and the manufacturers

What you bring:


  • Commercial training or several years of professional experience in customer service
  • Confident handling of IT, especially MS Office
  • You enjoy picking up the phone and already have experience in customer service and consultation
  • You embody the service mindset and the customer (m/f/d) is at the center of your attention
  • You enjoy working in
