Our facility is run by the AWO District Association Oberbayern e.
V.

Our counseling center in Ottobrunn with a branch office in Höhenkirchen consists of a multidisciplinary team of currently eight professionals and two administrative employees.

We serve over 500 families per year, providing counseling and support.

Your responsibilities

You will lead the counseling center and manage the interdisciplinary team.
You will provide individual and group counseling.
You will comply with legal requirements and guidelines from the organization and ensure the implementation and adherence to quality management standards and processes.

Your qualifications

You have a degree in psychology (M.Sc. or Dipl.) or social work (Dipl. / M.A.), ideally with additional training in therapy.
You have previous experience in a counseling setting, preferably in a counseling center for parents
