Temp to Hire Financial Analyst-Berwyn, PA (Hybrid schedule)

Compile new and rebid proforma documents and conduct thorough analysis to ensure accuracy.
Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, including reports on new, rebid, and lost business, as well as weekly Business Owner Reports.
Offer financial guidance to regional operating units on matters concerning client returns, revenue, and profitability objectives.
Enhance financial standing by compiling and analyzing budgets and forecasts, tracking variances, identifying trends, and presenting recommendations to the Director of Finance.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation for all financial transactions.
Provide precise and timely reports on the financial performance of individual projects.
Develop and format reports and spreadsheets; establish and manage a database for organizing, collecting, and uploading data in required formats.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hold a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a fouryear college or university in Accounting or Finance.
Possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Demonstrate proficiency in addressing inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members.
Effectively present information to top management, public groups, and boards of directors, including the preparation and explanation of reports and projections.
Skilled in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Competently use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with a personal computer.
Define problems, gather data, evaluate past, present, and future financial data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Interpret a wide range of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, dealing with various abstract and concrete variables.
Have experience with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Possess knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and experience in making Journal Entries.
Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
