Our client connects the world of software with the baking industry. Through their triple solution: cash register system, merchandise management, and product distribution, they provide optimal support for their bakery clients. Their offered ERP solutions have an excellent reputation in the industry, with a customer portfolio including renowned delivery and branch bakeries in the German-speaking region.

They are currently seeking an IT Consultant/Developer (m/f/d) with on-call availability to join their project team in the Ruhr area (Oberhausen).

The ideal candidate will have a background in IT or a comparable bakery-related degree.

Your responsibilities:

Your main task will be to identify, process, and resolve support cases for the bakery clients' production systems. You will be part of an experienced support team with access to extensive documentation.

You will share on-call availability with your team colleagues from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Your profile:

You have a strong interest in IT and possibly have experience in user support, development, or customer consulting.

You are fluent in German.

You have previous knowledge in C#, MS SQL, or AL.

Experience with Microsoft Business Central and/or the baking industry is advantageous, as it will help you understand and solve the issues that arise in
