Together with the occupational therapy practice and the Schulstraße residential communities, Diakonie mobil also offers individual, outpatient services. Diakonie mobil is a recognized palliative care service.


We are currently seeking a
Healthcare Management Assistant (m/f/d) for our administration in the Hillsboro, WV area, starting as soon as possible, for a full-time position of 39 hours per week.

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training as a healthcare management assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Teamwork and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm for new experiences and passion for your profession
  • Very proficient in using PC and common MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of our SNAP software from Euregon is desirable
  • Knowledge of case reviews for billing and experience in outpatient care would be advantageous
Your tasks

  • General office organization tasks
  • Correspondence management
  • Contact person for clients, family members, and authorities
  • Prescription management
  • Creating appeals
  • Management of cash box
  • Creating and managing receipts
  • Filing and managing patient master data
  • Billing for clients/creating invoices
Working hours
You will work full-time for 39 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
