What tasks can you expect?

As a Scrum Master, you will advocate for the adherence to agile values, principles, and Scrum rules within the team:

You promote the self-organization of the team.

You ensure transparency in sprint progress and actively participate in planning.

You contribute to the removal of obstacles.

You ensure compliance with the organizational framework of agile development.

You take care of the preparation and moderation of meetings (e.g. sprint plannings, daily scrums, retrospectives, sprint reviews, etc.).

You promote continuous improvement within the team (
