The German Society for Vocational Education (DGBB) offers vocational and flexible training and further education under one roof with its three academies: German Sports Academy, German Hotel Academy, and ALH Academy. These programs are tailored to the needs of working professionals in the modern workplace.

As blended learning experts, we have developed an innovative learning system that uses modern internet and multimedia-based teaching methods, as well as flexible and uncomplicated learning units, to quickly and sustainably lead participants to success. To support our team, we are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented team player (m/f/d) for the Study Organization department at our Cologne location.

Your tasks:

  • Advising and supporting interested parties and participants
  • Conducting and processing follow-ups as part of the consultation process for interested parties
  • Organizational tasks in the area of study administration and organization, such as addressing the concerns of our participants
  • Preparation, support, and follow-up of webinars and (digital) seminars
  • Representing the academy at schools and potential industry events
