With our team of 60 employees, we produce Emmental and hard cheese specialties as well as butter. Our own water source and sewage treatment plant ensure sustainable business practices. In our on-site cheese shop, we offer Allgäu cheese specialties.

Milk technologist (m/f/d) - Cheese maker

Tasks

  • Operation and control of cheese makers
  • Control of the production process according to product specifications
  • Recording of production process data and any deviations
  • Implementation of proper cleaning and disinfection of production equipment

Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a milk technologist or a comparable qualification in the food industry
  • Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends and holidays
  • Reliability and attention to detail in work
  • Quality and hygiene awareness
