HR Compliance & Employment Law Employee in Full-time or Part-time (m/f/d)


As part of the HR Foundation team, our goal is to make Lidl an even more attractive employer. To cover the diverse tasks in the HR department, our HR team is well-positioned. In Personnel Management, you will assist with recruiting new employees, while in the HR Business Partner/HR Service area, you will ensure that every employee has competent HR contacts from the beginning. In the HR Process Management & Digitalization sub-area, our focus is on making our HR processes more digital and future-proof. Your Tasks


  • Design and further implementation of an HR Compliance Management System with a focus on employment law
  • Development and establishment of HR standards and processes, taking into account employment law and HR policy requirements
  • Support and advice for departments on HR compliance and employment law issues
  • Assistance with planning and conducting training sessions
  • Communication and collaboration with various interfaces for project tasks, including international HR, IT, data protection, etc.
