ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER*

THIS IS THE JOB
  • You represent the store manager* of your store - with everything that goes with it
  • Together with the store manager*, you lead the store team - modern leadership is not a foreign concept for you, you motivate your employees* with attractive goals, and ensure their development through coaching and training
  • Employees* are recruited and optimally trained in collaboration with the store manager*
  • You keep an eye on the economic development of your store and derive appropriate measures
  • In your store, the latest trends are always shown - inspiring our customers* and promoting sales
  • In the back office, you handle administrative tasks
