To support our team, we are currently looking for a dedicated organizational talent who is able to efficiently and friendly manage our back office in all matters related to office organization and client management.

You can expect a good working atmosphere and a relaxed work environment. We are jeans and shirt, instead of suit and tie.


Your responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and welcoming visitors
  • Processing and forwarding incoming and outgoing mail
  • Office organization, including event management, ordering drinks, ordering office supplies, etc.
  • Client management and administration.
