Your responsibilities:

  • You will enter and maintain customer master data, contracts, and changes in SAP
  • You will handle invoicing and dunning processes, as well as manual payments and refunds
  • You will support in accounts receivable management and contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Your qualifications:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (Bürokaufmann, Industriekauffrau or similar) and have some experience in accounts receivable
  • You are proficient in using common MS Office tools and have good knowledge of SAP
  • You have a selfsufficient, structured, and reliable work style
