We are one of the e-commerce pioneers in the field of risk management and debt collection services in Germany. To achieve this, we have individual software solutions that allow our customers to integrate our services into their online shop software. Offers in international debt collection and the purchase of overdue claims complete our product range.

We want to take the next step and expand our team. Therefore, we are looking for a

Legal Assistant (m/f/d)

for our
Osnabrück location.


Your tasks:


  • Independent processing of claims in the prelitigation and litigation process; independent and factbased decisions and initiation of measures for debt monitoring
  • Recording of conversations and agreements and maintenance of this information in the internal debt collection system as well as their monitoring
  • General research work
  • Written and telephone communication with debtors, bailiffs, guardians and third parties

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed training as a legal assistant or a comparable commercial qualification or alternatively professional experience in the abovementioned area
  • Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written form
  • Knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • Teamwork and sense of responsibility as well as goaloriented and careful work
