- drive to multiple locations to conduct inspections of officers (among other duties)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervision of the day-to-day security operation of security staff, reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager

Manage officers work conduct

Organize, train, lead and supervise the work of subordinates

Identifies training needs among the workforce
Man post, relieve officers
Ensure complete, accurate and timely reports
Ensure that all officers are thoroughly briefed on their individual post orders and are carrying out all the duties according Post orders
Conduct post checks, inspections, and patrols
Prepare clear, concise and comprehensive written reports

Responsibilities include: All Requirements of a Basic Security Officer
Must have an ACTIVE Commissioned License in hand (not certificate)

At least one verifiable employer.
Successful completion of Criminal Background check.
No criminal convictions. Previous management loss prevention and recruiting experience is desired

Be willing to work the 3 different shifts (i.e., day/swing/grave, etc.) and sometimes 6 days per week.
Have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
