For this location, you will be responsible for receiving deliveries and answering phone calls. You will act as a point of contact for visitors and handle administrative tasks at the reception.
Unauthorized persons will be escorted out of the premises by you, and you will also respond to technical malfunctions or emergency situations.
Qualifications-
Expertise according to -34a GewO:
- First aid certification
- Fire safety certification
- Good knowledge of German language, both written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of English
- Basic knowledge of Outlook and Word
- Serviceoriented demeanor
- Sense of responsibility and assertiveness
