Atrio Leonberg supports more than 370 people with disabilities comprehensively and individually at various locations, in private apartments and residential complexes, with the help of 270 employees.


We are looking for
qualified professionals (m/f/d) with a nursing and pedagogical education for our residential complex in
Weil der Stadt.

With a workload of 50-80%.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Personcentered assistance for our clients
  • Implementation of professional and conceptual goals
  • Development and updating of individual assistance plans
  • Collaboration with family members and cooperation partners

What we expect from you:


  • You have successfully completed a nursing and pedagogical education in the fields of care for people with disabilities, elderly care, nursing, occupational therapy, social pedagogy or a comparable field
  • You enjoy working with people who require support
  • Career starters are welcome
