Your role with us:

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and advise them on credit comparisons by phone and in writing
  • You support our customers from initial contact to contract conclusion and assist them in all phases
  • With your intuition and good needs analysis, you find out what your customers really need and help them find the optimal loan offer
  • With our modern communication tools and the digital contract options of our partners, there is nothing standing in the way of an efficient workday

What you bring:

  • You have gained initial experience in telephone customer service ideally in the financial or insurance industry, but also in other areas
  • You stand out with your quick comprehension, sales orientation, and good communication skills
