Since its founding in 2020, MySpa has successfully opened its first locations and to continue our success story, the next MySpa's are ready to launch.

At our MySpa's, we offer a unique wellness experience in complete privacy. In our so-called Wellzones, we have everything you need to relax and unwind.

To ensure the well-being and wellness experience of our guests, we are looking for reinforcements for our team in Munich in the service and reception area.

Responsibilities:

You will:

Personally attend to our guests throughout their entire stay: from checkin to accompanying them to the Wellzone
Prepare and serve food and drinks (no cooking or similar) and serve them to the Wellzones through a passthrough
Prepare and maintain cleanliness in the Wellzones
Provide serviceoriented care to our visitors and ensure the satisfaction and wellbeing of all visitors
Coordinate preparation work and take joint responsibility for a smooth organizational and work flow

Qualifications:

You have:

Your heart in the right place and you treat people, colleagues, and products with care and respect
A high level of service and quality thinking as well as a strong understanding of the needs and desires of others
Training/experience in the service or gastronomy sector is not a "must" but an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Independent and effective work style
An open and warm host personality who greets our visitors with
