Responsibilities:

Customer and contract management no acquisition of new customers
Processing customer inquiries
Tender, offer, and application creation
Claims processing reporting, accompanying the settlement
Correspondence with individual insurance companies or pools
Data and document maintenance in our modern broker management program
Support in preparing and following up on customer appointments and meetings
Implementation of portfolio actions
General administrative tasks
Support for management

Qualifications:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as an insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d)
Knowledge and professional experience in the insurance industry desirable (also possible for beginners)
Lots of
