The investment focus is on the acquisition of developable multi-family houses with low energy efficiency classes in metropolitan regions. These properties are always acquired with the goal of generating long-term value through energy-efficient and modern living concepts.

In view of the planned expansion of the current real estate portfolio, an exciting position as Senior Asset Manager Real Estate Residential (m/f/d) has now become available in permanent employment at the locations of Hamburg, Berlin or Frankfurt.

The responsibilities:

  • Assuming the role of owner and full responsibility for the analytical, strategic, and operational asset management of a rapidly growing regional and national residential portfolio in Germany
  • Responsible for implementing and monitoring property-specific business plans through active control and prioritization of measures for value enhancement
  • Developing rental strategies, coordinating new rentals in collaboration with property management
  • Coordinating and monitoring CAPEX and TI measures in collaboration with the internal department
