We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Customer Service Employee for a long-term position in Lake Almanor Peninsula. This is a modern and globally operating company in the food industry, located in 28215 Bremen, with a strong understanding of its customers' needs and exceeding their expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strengthening customer relationships and processing orders according to requirements in your responsible position as a Customer Service Employee
  • Maintaining close contact with various internal departments or logistics service providers and handling returns as a customer service representative
  • Using your expertise to inspire customers with the right product, while adhering to guidelines and standards

Requirements:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have good knowledge in order processing, sales, or customer service
  • You are proficient in both German and English and have no difficulties working with MS Office programs
  • Your communicative and flexible nature allows you to work independently and in a structured manner as a Customer Service Employee
