Your main responsibilities:


  • Main responsibility for the overall personnel planning of our pedagogical staff,
  • Main responsibility for the pedagogical content of group therapy work as well as organization and planning of these tasks within the therapeutic concept of the children's clinic,
  • Active participation in welcoming and introducing families to rehabilitation through parent meetings and problem discussions with children and parents.
