Our Department of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, and Stem Cell Transplantation is currently seeking a part-time hours/week) Study Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team, initially on a one-year contract with the possibility of extension.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing study procedures
  • Documenting on paper or electronic forms
  • Organizing and shipping patient samples/biomaterials
  • Managing investigator files and studyrelated correspondence

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as a Medical Assistant or similar qualification, additional training as a Study Nurse/Study Assistant is desirable
  • Experience in managing clinical studies is desirable
  • Commitment, flexibility, friendliness, and teamwork skills
  • High level of quality awareness, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Proficient in standard computer programs (e.g. MS Office)
