Working Student in Business Informatics/ CX Technology in Leipzig (m/f/d)

We are looking for a student to support our CX Technology projects in Leipzig, starting immediately for a minimum of 6 months with approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

You will be actively involved in CX projects, where we use customercentric technologies to support our clients in areas such as process and service automation.
You will assist with technical analysis and visualization of system structures, IT processes, or data flows.
You will support with customization and implementation of customer requirements.
You will bring your skills in IT and/or web development and further develop them.
Over time, you will gain an overview of our products and industrystandard solutions, allowing you to identify potential for improvement and develop your own solution ideas.
