The theoretical training takes place at a medical vocational school in Döbeln

What to expect
  • You support nursing professionals in caring for and supporting patients
  • You learn to monitor vital signs (including measuring pulse, temperature, blood pressure)
  • You assist nursing professionals in carrying out medical orders and support in documentation and organization
  • You support in admitting, transferring and discharging patients
  • You accompany patients to examinations and treatments
  • You work closely and cross-departmentally with other professional groups
What you bring
  • You have completed a secondary school diploma (e.g. high school diploma)
  • The motivation to develop with us in 2 years of training and to work together with us in a team
  • You have empathy, reliability and a sense of responsibility
  • You are a team player and have good communication skills
  • Legally required proof of immunization against measles
