For our
Damage Restoration division, we are looking for a
Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to join our "Team Protecting Lives" at our
Puako, HI location.
Your responsibilities:
- You will handle general office work and correspondence for internal and external matters.
- You will be responsible for the back office of our nationwide sales department.
- Supporting the ERP database and maintaining the CRM database are also part of your tasks.
- You will be responsible for file management and maintenance.
- You will assist in planning and organizing trade shows and customer events.
Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with at least two years of relevant experience in the commercial sector (experience in construction project management is an advantage).
- You are proficient in using ERP and MS Office applications.
- You are responsible and systematic in your work.
- You are communicative, teamoriented, reliable, independent, and flexible.
- Your profile is rounded off by assertiveness and decisiveness.
