We are currently looking for a
Project Assistant (m/f/d) in Building Management to join our team in the Building Management department on a permanent basis, with an average weekly working time of
39 hours.
Your tasks:
- Inspection and data collection of buildings and their technical systems and infrastructure
- Evaluation of buildings and their technical systems in a software
- Planning of necessary maintenance and reinvestment measures in coordination with the operator representatives
- Participation in the development of maintenance and reinvestment strategies for buildings and infrastructure
- Preparation and presentation of results/recommendations
- Participation in crosssystem digitization

- Qualification in the field of technology, technical building equipment, facility management, or a comparable
