The ADAC Nord Dienstleistung GmbH offers high-quality service and consulting services within the ADAC network. Here, we take care of mobility, travel, vacations, insurance, and of course, ADAC membership.


Your responsibilities:

  • Examination, classification, and booking of ongoing business transactions
  • Reconciliation and maintenance of accounts
  • Booking and reconciliation of cash reports
  • Booking of internal allocations
  • Processing of member transactions
  • Execution and processing of payments and reminders
  • Creation of outgoing invoices
  • Preparation of VAT advance returns and summary reports
  • Preparation and creation of monthly and annual financial statements (including provisions) according to HGB and documentation
  • Support in liquidity planning
  • Coordination of financial and budget controlling

Our requirements:

  • Completed training as a financial accountant, tax clerk, or certified accountant
  • Appropriate professional experience in the mentioned field
  • First experience with Navision desirable
  • Solutionoriented thinking and acting
  • Affinity for numbers and accuracy
