Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the quality of therapeutic treatment
  • Planning and organizing staff deployment, leading the department
  • Organizing and ensuring the workflow of the EAP
  • Implementation of legal changes
  • Coplanning the professional development of employees
  • Ensuring smooth processing of prescription billing
  • Implementation of new therapy concepts
Your profile

  • Degree in Sports Science/ Physiotherapy or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in leading employees
  • Personnel qualifications for managing an EAP according to the requirements of the statutory accident insurance carriers
  • Business knowledge
  • High ability to cooperate with employees and other professional groups
