To strengthen our team and manage our constantly growing tasks, we are looking for motivated employees for our asphalt crew in Millport.

We are seeking professionals and career changers with previous experience in asphalt construction. Our construction sites are located in the surrounding area, ensuring a daily commute.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operating heavy construction equipment, such as rollers, asphalt pavers, etc.
  • Working in the asphalt team, as well as hand-laying or other tasks
  • Adhering to specified quality standards
  • Proper installation of asphalt surfaces
  • Sealing of surfaces

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Training as an asphalt builder or construction machine operator
  • Career changers with previous knowledge, e.g. farmers, locksmiths, etc. are also welcome
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Teamwork and flexibility
  • Sense of responsibility, caution, and reliability
