HealthRight360/Prototypes set the standard for comprehensive, integrated, evidence-based services.

To be most effective in assisting in our clients' recovery, Prototypes' substance use disorder (SUD) treatment programs are designed to provide comprehensive, evidence-based treatment services for individuals aged 18 and older.

Outpatient and intensive outpatient programs are available as well as services designed specifically for pregnant and parenting mothers, for parents who have an open case with child protective services, and for adults in the criminal or family court systems.

All of our staff members are specially trained to assist clients with these unique issues in individual and group service formats.


The Contingency Management Coordinator provides care by delivering and tracking all Contingency Management services, including drug screens and incentive distribution.

The CM Coordinator offers support and encouragement to clients who are engaging in Contingency Management as a strategy to improve treatment outcomes and is the primary point of contact for CM services.

The CM Coordinator works in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure best possible treatment outcome for clients and provides services in accordance with HealthRIGHT 360's philosophy, goals, policies, mission, and vision.

Services may be provided in outpatient offices, residential treatment, or in the field, based on client and program need.

Key Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:


  • Outreaches and follows up with clients and staff who are interested in Contingency Management, determines and communicating eligibility, and coordinating with other existing treatment providers.
  • Provides education and training to staff and clients about Contingency Management and how it is being implemented at HR 360.
  • Completes all necessary enrollment procedures and documentation for CM participants.
  • Provides orientation and guidance to CM participants, and coordinates with treatment staff to ensure collaboration on CM services.
  • Collects urine analysis samples and inputs results into the designated database.
  • Ensures clients are seen according to the program schedule, and that visits are separated by at least 72 hours (e.g., Monday and Thursday, or Tuesday and Friday) to minimize the chance that drug metabolites from the same drug use episode will be detected in more than one UDT.
  • Delivers incentives and/or supports the delivery of incentives as needed.
  • Regularly meets with CM participants to discuss progress and goals.
  • Collaborates with clients to work towards rehabilitation goals.
  • Seeks clinical consultation throughout the treatment episode, especially when encountering new and/or highrisk clinical circumstances.
  • Maintains frequent communication with the treatment teams, and engages in regular consults, clinical team and case conferences, and plan development meetings.
  • Delivers services in outpatient, residential, or field depending on assignments and/or client need(s).
  • Meets expected service hour performance expectations.
  • Conduct initial assessment and intake evaluation for the formulation of treatment plan; provide group, family and individual counseling.
  • Provide case management services (e.g. housing, employment, finances management, court reports, DCFS communication).
  • Identify and implement relapse prevention or harm reduction interventions when indicated.
  • Work as part of the treatment team in collaboration with the prescribing provides, therapist and other team members.
  • Participate in team meetings to provide information and make recommendations for treatment, discharge planning, and client management.
  • Document client's progress and reviews treatment plans routinely
  • Ensure that all documentation is of high quality and is completed within assigned deadlines.
  • Continue professional development through participation in continuing education, inservice training and professional workshops to maintain current knowledge and broaden expertise.
  • Preforms other duties as assigned.
Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • SUD Registered or Certified and in good standing with CAADE, CCAPP, or CADTP.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in the substance abuse treatment
