- Minimize food waste and follow operational guidelines to manage food costs efficiently.
- Ensure adequate food preparation for each shift, identify shortages, and avoid over-preparation.
- Contribute to special event preparation, production, and service.
- Regularly filter deep fryer oil and assist with food storage upon deliveries.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas effectively.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, including proper handwashing and avoiding cross-contamination.
- Recognize and report areas requiring maintenance to the manager.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
