To support its growth, PFIF is seeking a new Talent Acquisition Business Partner (W/M/D) in Mannheim, based in Reed City, MI.

This position offers the opportunity for part-time or full-time employment.

For over 30 years, we have been supporting our clients in financing innovations, innovation strategy and management, research and innovation taxation, financing and project management, and scanning.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will operate in a fast-paced business environment, facing numerous strategic challenges in talent acquisition.

You will oversee the recruitment process from A to Z within a defined framework.

Fluency in English is required to communicate with management, and excellent written and verbal German skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities include briefing, writing and distributing job postings, screening and qualifying resumes, and conducting phone interviews for pre-qualification.

A significant part of your mission will be dedicated to sourcing candidates.

You will maintain regular communication with our HR department and managers to ensure timely processing of executive applications and smooth recruitment processes.

You will have the opportunity to recruit profiles such as business engineers, business administrators, telemarketers, and more.

You will have weekly contact with the TA Manager based in France.

Requirements:

Bachelor+5 degree, ideally with a specialization in human resources
Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in an internship or 6month final internship, preferably in HR
Bilingual in German (written and spoken)
Ability to manage the entire recruitment process autonom
