HERE'S WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT
You will be responsible for the organization and appearance of the reception area
Support in organizing appointments and events
Travel planning
General administrative tasks

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Completed commercial training
Well-groomed appearance and friendly demeanor on site and on the phone
Communication skills, organizational talent, and a structured way of working
Basic knowledge of the well-known Microsoft Office applications
English language skills, at least B1 level
