  • The Studienkreis GmbH is looking for you as a
    Customer Service Agent (m/w/d) at our
    Cologne location, starting as soon as possible, in a
    fulltime position.

Your responsibilities include:


  • Our mission is to combine inperson tutoring with online learning. You will support us in integrating online tutoring into our 800 locations.
  • You will handle support requests from teachers, students, and parents and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • You will assist in the administrative organization of tutoring sessions.
  • You will contribute your ideas to improve operational processes and participate in their implementation.

Your qualifications:


  • Ideally, you have a background in education or business, but career changers are also welcome.
  • You are fluent in German and have strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
  • You are proficient in all common Microsoft Office programs.
  • You are highly responsible and able to independently learn new systems and processes.
