To further expand our position as an innovation leader in the industry, we are seeking an innovative, courageous, and strategically thinking Head of Development and Engineer.


Challenges:


  • Leading and developing our development team and toolmaking department
  • Responsibility for the development and design of products and assemblies in drainage technology
  • Good understanding of electrical engineering and digitalization
  • Reorganization of our development processes
  • Ensuring functional and costoptimized design solutions, including the use of new materials
  • Establishing a network of development partners

Requirements:


  • Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of leadership experience in research or development
  • Technical generalist
  • Fluent in German and English
