Job Purpose:

As a financial leader for Cipla's Germany business, you will be responsible for providing proactive financial guidance and insight for all important long and short-term decisions. Your role will involve implementing controls and measures to strengthen the financial health of Cipla.

Responsibilities:

Sales Controlling / GTN

  • Develop various price/volume/sales scenarios in collaboration with the tender department
  • Monitor sick fund invoices
  • Implement a G2N model in Germany

Initiate controls and measures to strengthen the financial health of Cipla

  • Review customer contracts and set credit limits and terms in consultation with the Contracts team
  • Track receivables and send timely reminders to ensure healthy cash flow
  • Close financial books according to corporate timeline
  • Implement credit control policies
  • Ensure timely completion of audit books
  • Maintain Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) and sales hygiene to meet set levels

Accounts Receivable (AR) / Accounts Payable (AP) Process

  • Review and obtain approvals for supplier invoices
  • Ensure proper accounting of AP in the subledger
  • Manage company
