Your Role- Establishing and leading the international department "Security, Crisis Management & Business Continuity"- Managing employees and building a network of specialized staff from ZEISS locations worldwide- Global governance function and strategic responsibility for all security topics (physical, personnel, travel, event security) including the creation of corresponding management documents (CSOP) and their implementation at ZEISS locations worldwide- Designing and implementing a corporate crisis management plan and its execution- Developing and conducting exercises at both corporate and local levels for various crisis scenarios- Creating and implementing a corporate-wide concept for business continuity management and regularly reviewing its relevance and effectiveness- Strategic responsibility for the physical security of ZEISS properties worldwide, including the creation of necessary documents in the management system (CSOP)- Leading internal investigations into crimes against ZEISS and acting as a single point of contact with national and international security authorities

Your Profile- Successfully completed studies in risk and security management or equivalent knowledge, e.g. training in senior police service- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in managing critical situations as a member of a crisis organization (e.g. emergency staff in police or government agencies, crisis teams of industrial companies)- Extensive leadership experience in crisis management- High flexibility and willingness to travel worldwide- Fluent in written and spoken English, additional foreign language skills are advantageous
