For our operational management at our location in 25436 Tornesch, we are looking for an assistant (m/f/d). The position is available in both part-time and full-time. The working days are from Monday to Friday. WHAT TO EXPECT? * You will support the site management in day-to-day operations and act as an interface between the departments at the location * You will carry out your own projects, monitor their implementation, and track their success, for example in relation to the rebranding of our parcel shop entrance * You will be in contact with our transport partners, request documents, handle correspondence, and keep track of important agreements * As an organizational talent, you will manage the schedule for the operational management, coordinate regular meetings, attend them, and follow up afterwards WHAT DO YOU BRING? * Completed commercial education
