Your responsibilities

Development and implementation of a sustainable marketing strategy in line with the company's vision
Identification of new growth opportunities across various marketing functions
Disciplinary leadership and supervision of executives in different marketing departments
Overall responsibility for the marketing budget, resource planning and management, as well as KPIs
Ensuring consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels (online and offline)
Driving crossfunctional projects

Your qualifications

Degree in business administration, communication, marketing or similar
At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
Relevant experience in disciplinary team leadership
Comprehensive knowledge in the areas of paid acquisition, remarketing, and marketing automation
Proactive and solutionoriented work style
Excellent analytical skills and entrepreneurial mindset
Fluent in German and very good English skills
