Job Description:
Selling new cars
Maintaining existing customer base and acquiring new customers
Responsible for the entire sales process from consultation to creating individual offers to delivering the vehicle
Arranging financing, leasing contracts, insurance, and other services
Tracking sales volume and implementing necessary optimization measures
Ensuring customer satisfaction and following up on customer complaints
Assisting with receiving and displaying delivered vehicles on the sales floor
Creating personalized vehicle videos for customers
Handling internet lead inquiries
Other organizational and administrative tasks

Requirements:
Completed vocational training, preferably in the automotive industry
Qualification as a certified automotive salesperson is advantageous
Extensive sales experience
High level of self-motivation and independence
Confident and professional demeanor
Strong communication and closing skills
Ability to work with data-driven systems
Results-oriented approach
Proficient in MS Office and dealer management systems
