What you will do \uD83D\uDC5C:

Leadership and Management:


  • Oversee the daily operations of the authentication center, ensuring all processes are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a highperforming team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
  • Establish and communicate clear performance expectations and metrics for team members
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching

- **Operational Efficiency**:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational workflows, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use datadriven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Identify and address operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards (site/building management, security vendors, maintenance, trash etc...)
  • Lead several operations projects to improve Authentication Centers efficiency globally

- **Customer Focus**:
  • Ensure that the authentication center consistently delivers high
  • quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner

- **Strategic Planning**:
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for the authentication center
  • Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services within the center

- **Collaboration and Communication**:
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other operational sites, vendors, and customers
  • Communicate effectively with team members, providing regular updates on performance, goals, and initiatives
  • Represent the authentication center in meetings and presentations with senior leadership and other key stakeholders

Who you are:


  • Minimum of 710 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • You are passionate about supporting and developing your team members
  • You are known for your strong communication and leadership skills
  • You have a proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing complex operational processes
  • You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions You have a customer centric mindset
  • You are comfortable navigating in multicultural environments, with changing priorities, where you can use your good judgment in sometimes stressful situations
  • Solutionoriented and change management
  • Experience in the authentication or similar industry is a plus
