Your Responsibilities

As a Kitabegleiter (m/w/d) in Wahoo, NE, you will provide practical assistance in organizing daily activities at the daycare center.

You will support a child with ADHD in communicating with educators and other children, and help them develop independence.

You will also assist with integrating the child into the group, perform helpful tasks, and accompany them in playful activities.

Our focus is on providing individual and needs-based support in the children's daily lives.


Your main tasks will include:

  • Accompanying a 5yearold child according to their needs and desires
  • Promoting education and participation
  • Encouraging selfhelp
  • Maintaining close communication with families and partners
  • Daily documentation with biannual reports and participation in care plan meetings
  • Utilizing company platforms (Microsoft Office, Personio)

Your Profile
No pedagogical training is required for this position as a Kitabegleitung.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can work approximately 25 hours per week, 5 days a week
  • Enjoys working with children
